The Small Business Festival is a celebration of businesses that service Long Island.  It will take place on Saturday, October 7, 2023 with a rain date of Sunday, October 8, 2023 and will be held at The Red Barn Farm, 1857 Sound Avenue, Baiting Hollow, NY.   The Festival is limited in the amount of vendors that can participate, so do not hesitate to submit a registration form and fee (below)!

Important Dates and Deadlines:

• September 5th - General Registration Deadline ($40/General Vendors)

• September 10th - Balance/Paperwork Due

• September 12th - Vendor Confirmations and Marketing Packet Sent

• September 15th - Final Plans due 

• September 20th - Layout and 2nd Round of Marketing Materials Sent out

• October 7th - Festival!*

• October 8th - Rain Date*

  * Setup is 9:30am-10:45am.  Breakdown is 3:00pm-4:30pm  Early breakdown is not permitted. The event is open to the public 11:00am-3:00pm, with parking for guests opening at 10:50am as needed.
