Become a member of the Outshine Fam!
As a maker, vendor, or business participating in WinterFest, you get to take part in an exciting festival! At Outshine Festivals, we care about you. We consider ourselves your cheerleaders and your biggest fans! Although we cannot be in person at this time, we have the great opportunity of connecting people all over the world, thanks to the Internet, something that a traditional festival would not have done. We understand that the human connection is important and we’re missing that too. So we do our best to not only broaden our reach, which unlike a traditional festival, is not limited by location. We are also dedicated to providing meaningful live events, giving booth representatives a chance to talk about their product or business and interact with people in real time. There is also the option of manning the booth live during the beginning of the Festival. This allows us to mimic an in-person craft fair. Visitors to the booth can interact with the booth representative and ask questions about product.
About the Booth
Feature your products
We take care in building each creators’ booth. Each booth features 12 product images with links to sell. You have the option to purchase more than 12 featured images.
Build your brand
Get your work and your message out there. Booths feature 3 links to your website and/or social media accounts, as well as a featured cover photo, headshot, or logo of your choice. All booths will receive pre- and during-festival promotion on Outshine Festivals’ social media platforms (IG / FB).
Talk to your customers
Just like at an in-person craft fair, Outshine Festivals allows its creators the opportunity to chat with any customers over live video. The link to chat is hosted in your booth. Outshine Festivals will also host live social media events with willing creators during the festival weeks.

At Outshine we’re quickly becoming a creative family. Makers who have been accepted into our festivals become official members of the Outshine Fam. Members of the Outshine Fam are eligible for future discounts and other member benefits!
Pricing
DEADLINE TO APPLY IS FRIDAY NOVEMBER 6th!
Maker - $20.00
An individual or small business that creates the items they are selling. An example is a jewelry maker.
Vendor: - $25.00
An individual or small business who sells products or services of a brand. An example is a Mary Kay representative.
Other small business - $30.00
A small business providing products or services that has 10 or fewer employees and does not fit into the categories above.
Large Business - $35.00
For businesses providing products or services and employs 10 or more people.
Personal Use - $20.00
Any individual or group of individuals who would like to purchase a table but are not a business. This includes those wishing to have a presence for their online yard sale, flea market, or other personal use.
